Respect

Remember that one day -
You've said : You need to respect yourself first before you want others to respect you.
So, how do you define "Respect" ?
A way that could let other bow before you?
A way that would let people talk humbly to you and fear of you?
Honestly, since we were born, the first thing that we learnt in our life was - Respect.
Everyone should know how to respect others first 
If you could ever said that, how much do you really respected on yourself
I would say - You were wrong
No one will really know how to respect yourself, Respect comes with something 
If you say, I fulfill what my own needs - This is satisfaction
If you say, I enjoyed my days and life - This is appreciation
You did not gain any other's respect, you are a failure
I could ever said that, if someday you lost your cash, the one will stay beside you is your family
Because they respected you as a person that growth them up, who give them daily needs
How about your friends?
How many friends that really respect you? 
With your attitude and personality, I can bet that there are only 10% of people around you will give respect to you
You don't ever respect others
You said that I must respect myself first, and yes, I may not know how to respect myself
But i got many respects from others
Maybe you could state out - How to respect yourself in a better way, i would say - Egotistical
Not to curse you but in future you won't be able to be a leader
You might know how to teach
You are a good lecturer but not a good leader
Dream for your AD position, it might come afterlife
